Error ascending a 6* champ

Anyone else is getting error when trying to ascend a 6* champ?
I was trying to ascend two different champs, not max level, and both gave me “unknown error” (also after restarting the game).

All of my ascended champions just reverted back to their non ascended states.

5* & 6* champs are erroring when attempting to ascend. And I have resources in overflow about to expire. Hope they fix this soon

Yes, I'm getting the "unknown error" as well. I do have a couple days until the mats expire, but is like to be able to use them rather than lose them.

same for me it’s all ascendable champs it won’t allow you to do any of them

I just tried to ascend a five star and it wouldn't work same error message. Must be broken

I sent a ticket. They confirmed that my resources expired. But 45 minutes after the apparent fix. So they won't restore my expired mats. There was nothing in game saying the issue was fixed and I don't have time to constantly check to see if the error had been remedied. Honestly, this just feels pretty crappy. Is there anything you can do to help?
