Don't have the key or any of the deals in the webstore

Hey guys, as the title states I don't have the key or any of the valentines deals in the webstore currently (apart from the free market points- but I don't have the track that states what you get from the points haha). This account is TB fyi. Have tried to access the webstore on many different platforms.

Anyone experiencing the same and have a fix for this? Would hate to miss out on one of the 7*s. Thanks!

To be a Paragon you dont need to do History, just Rank 7 stars to R3

Sorry I misspoke- this account is Paragon. But I'm pretty sure the gift you get from the webstore has multiple options based on progression level so that shouldn't be the issue

I would reach out to Xsolla. That first screenshot is telling you to log in to see offers even though you’re already logged in. Something isn’t right there.
