Unclaimed Completed Dimensional arcade solo objectives rewards got disappeared

The very fun and new mode of game dimensional arcade have been just concluded recently, i was playing till last minutes and there were few Unclaimed Objective rewards which are now not even available even in stash nor available in objective tab. The hard work i did to get these rewards went in vain. There are some other members of my allaince and my brother who faced same issue. I lost 125 units and 5000 Titan shrad, my brother lost 10k titan shards and more than 250 units.

I wrote to kabam but they say they can't do anything 😩

Anyone else facing same fate?

I request kabam to have a look into it this and may kindly provide a solution please.

I am enclosing the objective that I completed but couldn't claim as i was playing dimensional arcade till very last min.

It is also to be noted that there was no timer in objective tab to understand that these rewards will be vanished as soon as Dimensional arcade will complete.

Why would you keep them unclaimed? Those are event specific rewards & they go away once that limited-time event ends
