Lunar new year bug with latest update

There is a bug in the Lunar New Year wherein it doesnt allow you to select the first champion in the list. This happened with me twice and both the times i selected 3 champions to swap.
I am playing the game on iOS, iPhone 16 pro device - if that helps

"Hey, the same thing happened to me on that mission. I found a potential fix so you don't lose any more points—I lost a bunch before I figured this out. Since the event ends in a few days, I doubt they're going to patch it in time.

Anyway, to swap the character, just tap on the character info for the one you want to change (the first one on the left). Close the info page, and it should let you select it so you can remove it from your squad.
