Anyone else get a reward bug for aq meta week?

So I checked with my alliance mates, and they’ve all got the 10k radiance and the glory rewards in.

But I’ve yet to get it.

I did join the aq meta. And I did run up to the end and exit the map.

I didn’t do any fights tho as I was backup, and as a result didn’t get any points..I was solely on standby..

Has anyone else not got the rewards? I’ve only got the rewards for completion and such

Same here, I ended up getting extremely low level rewards (t5B shards and t2a shards), with very little radiance. I did an entire path myself so I wasn’t missing any fights other than some bosses. Fully explored as well

exact same situation with me.i was backup and my mates completed so i hit the map and ran to the end.i thought i received a little radiance but no glory .checking back i actually received no radiance or glory. @Kabam (Osaurus) Rex whats going on with this?

if you contribute no points to alliance quest during the week, you do not qualify for rewards.

There's only 8 paths on hard mode. We designated backups as well. That's a problem.

Never happened in aq. Just entering the map qualified you for rewards.

They had this problem when raids first launched, so they added a single point just for joining. Fellow ally members got screwed over because they were doing the right thing waiting for someone to get stuck.

Please add the one point for joining so we can limit even more micro-managing.

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex i think that not being able to get rewards in this game mode when there aren’t enough paths for everyone is crazy. If youre running back up. This is the first time running this and there should be an exception since no one really communicated this to us. I received no rewards, not because I wouldn’t participate but if im waiting on being back up and they finish the last fight what am i to do.

This has now been confirmed by support staff. I received an email.

They said I didn’t qualify because I scored zero points (which is true).

but since when is that a criteria? In aq raids you can join, and do zero points and get the full rewards.

And like everyone else, I was assigned back up.

there’s 8 paths…..2 are asked to remain back up…so when the oaths are cleared.back up joins and runs to end…same in raids..same in war…

I don’t think it’s said anywhere that we need to score one point to get the stuff…

we participated…we did what we were asked to do..for the good of the alliance..and now..we miss out… :(

next time…give us 10 lanes…that way the back ups won’t get screwed over…

That’s 6 people per alliance potentially getting screwed… 20% of the alliance….just because we followed orders…

I asked where this is stated by other players. no response. Why should i be punished for playing backup and my team clears the map? If they knew of this rule they would have left something up for me fight. My prestige plays a role toward rewards just as my defence in war if you wanna spilt hairs. My prestige is a calculated factor in rewards and by that factor alone i should qualify. I went through the map and it was fully cleared.How is one to aquire a single point if theres known to found. Perhaps add 1 points to finishing the map as a solution to 8 lane 10 person team. just a thought ya know.

By making group content that excludes you from rewards is a clear fault of map design if its not known to the player base. i been playing your game 9 years and this is the first time im calling for a correction to a clear error.

You can't give 10 players 8 paths then not give the guys that waited as backup nothing. That's messed up.

This has always happened in AQ. It's completely the opposite to AW. If you score 0 points during the week, you do not receive ranked rewards.

Pointless arguing about it now as his screenshot from support shows this to be the case.

the Lesser version of this map is only 6 paths, so even more likely that some later joiners might get 0 points.

Question if anyone remembers. When they adjusted RAIDS to hand out 1 point just for joining, did they do retroactive rewards for those that had 0 points in those early Raids ?? Or was it just going forward ??

As for how many days you need to do (normal map) AQ, I remember doing a test one week where only joined 1 day, and I did NOT receive weekly AQ rewards. So I’ve been under assumption that you actually need to join 2 DAYS+ to get the weekly rewards.
??? (Maybe in that test, I maybe did not do any fight, so maybe that is why I didn’t get them, but I thought I had. But if not the reason, and really need 2+ days to count, at least that requirement was waived for Raids/Meta, lol)

Agreed. I was backup that week after never missing a day of AQ because of a family emergency and because we the player base weren’t made aware of the consequences of this new game mode.
I hope Kabam can address this well, and not the usual ways. With a terrible 2025, a reason to hope for a week in December’25 and another mistake filled decisions in Q1 2026 that impacts the long term game… I actually don’t mind becoming fully F2P and barely casual player at best. Cheers to Kabam not Kabbaming as per usual.

I e been backup for atleast a year and yes this is how aq has worked.as long as you join the map you get the rewards.have you played backup or experienced this?if not maybe you should get out of here being a troll with stuff that don’t concern you.it has happened to may players and they are here to report it so butt out jerk.we just want our rewards for the role we play as backup which a lot of alliances do.kick rocks and keep your negative stuff to yourself.its not your concern troll

Yes I have played back up and yes I have experienced this. In the same way that I have seen this happen first hand to numerous accounts in my alliance.

If you're too dumb to understand that contributing 0 points in AQ doesn't qualify you for ranked rewards, that's a you problem.

Presumably you also think Kabam Support are also trolls as they say the exact same thing.

Kicking rocks is fun- I had mucho fun doing it earlier today. Any other suggestions?

I don’t think it’s a case of being too dumb to understand. Your simple fact is true and quite easy to understand.

But having played the game for years, I have never known about scoring zero gives zero RANK rewards…otherwise..we’d have said to everyone..”everyone on backup…remember to at least get 1 point.” And we’d have made plans and arrangements to ensure that. The fact that 30 people on my alliance didn’t, suggests that this is not commonly known. Otherwise, an officer, leader, or member would have said “wait a sec..those 2 guys in each bg..on back up…they’ll need to score a point”.

I’d suggest that 30 people, playing a game, with let’s say…300 YEARS combined specific mcoc experience….If none of them spotted that ..then it’s a case of the game not informing them well enough.

So yes, it may be true, but it’s a case of not being informed properly. Because if it was, you can be sure the officers and leader would have arranged for a solution.

now consider, it happened not just to 1 alliance…it’s happpened to many..and I’d hazard a guess that since everyone got “some” rewards..namely the people who were backup and got zero points STILL received the aq rewards..people didn’t realise that they missed out on the 10k radiance and 6.4k glory..they would have just seen aq rewards and in, and clicked it..

so I’d suggest that actually this issue is a lot larger, with people not realising they missed out on rewards.

the new design is specifically 8 unique solo paths.

There’s not cross overs no real meet ups apart from the minis and the boss right at the end.

Previous aq you’d naturally be in the habit of backing someone up at some point in the week, as there 4 different events.

so it’s highly unlikely that people ever experienced this before.

the new aq was fast, like a one or two day event. And because it was new, backup waited just in case, until everything was done..

in my bg , one person was needed for back up, but I was the second back up, so waited.

it’s not a case of doing nothing and getting zero points. It’s a team event. Back up is a specific role, and it’s inherent in the game mode, otherwise, why only have 8 paths. Why not have 10 nodes or paths like the short aw. Where there is no back up.

it’s a case of the alliance officers deciding a course of action, well practiced amongst most if not all alliances, where if there are 8 paths on an event, and 10 plays admitted, backups are asked to wait at the start of the map (OR DONT JOIN) until they are needed or until map is complete.

I don’t understand how someone can’t simply see that this is an issue.

It’s not to do with “oh you did t do anything , beucase you got zero points, therefore fcuk you.”

it’s very much to do with an already well practiced method of safely ensuring each bg 100%s aq. And the method is then employed in the new aq. And then those that have waited as back up, for the protection and security of the alliance, get no RANK rewards. Note…we all got completion,,exploration and participation rewards…so yeah..go figure…

in the same instance, are you not going to pay military personal who are on standby to go to war? They only get paid when the actually go?

Shall we not pay doctors who are on call, waiting for an emergency phone call?

I don’t disagree with you that it wasn’t communicated and so yes, I can understand your frustration at missing out.

That being said, if it was a wider reaching problem, I would have expected there to be a lot more complaints on the forum.

We didn’t have any backups because it wasn’t particularly challenging so we treated it as a free for all and everyone got some points.

it’s a shame that Kabam have done nothing about it to affected players though given their over correction with regards to compensation recently.
