Please, Kabam, just listen to the community!!

Look, we know that you guys are trying to keep the game engaging for everyone. But it is time to stop putting out so much new content, focus on fixing the bugs and making sure the core content of the game runs smoothly. The game is like a wagon with a cracked axle, but instead of fixing the axle, you guys are piling more and more stuff in the wagon. Eventually it's all going to collapse.

I know you guys are probably just as frustrated as the community, and are probably very stressed and overworked. For a lot of the employees and the devs there, the issues inside the game don't really fall on your shoulders. The people that are in charge and pushing for all of this new content, modes, Ascension, etc... they are the reason the game is so broken and the community is losing interest. Kabam leadership, it's time to put a temporary halt on things and address the bugs and issues that we have been asking about, for the good of the game, your reputation as a company, and the community.

The only way that will happen is if people stop spending. Unfortunately that won’t happen because it’s a gambling game and gambling is addictive, and Kabam have spent years creating that environment.

That's not how things operate. For one thing, there are totally different people doing those jobs. Stopping production isn't going to free up resources to fix issues. Also, the game is a live, moving creation. One of the factors that goes into detecting, testing, and resolving issues IS the live game.

I appreciate the logic in it, and I respect the feedback on having bugs, but that won't help anything.

It's one thing for small bugs to passthrough. But the way this EQ is bugged can easily be spotted in surface level quality check. Someone from their team just had to open the EQ and they would've seen the problem. They aren't even doing that now.

Yes, there are different departments, but coding is coding. The same devs that are working on the code for the new characters and modes have the skillset to be able to work on the bugs and issues, if they were afforded the time. Even if it might not be their "assigned department", they are still a valuable resource that Kabam could use to work on the quality of the game.

In those code-based jobs, just because you work on one thing doesn’t mean you can work on another. That’s like saying ‘Oh you’re a doctor (nutritionist) so you can do surgery!’. There are specializations.

What I would advocate is for Kabam to invest more resources into their quality assurance and bug fixing staff, because clearly they either understaffed, underpaid, undermanaged, or a combination of the three.

and if they aren’t going to hire more QC, why not set up a beta version (or whatever similar to how they do the story mode chapters) where they could have a handful of players do eq, sq, etc a week early. There is no way this months eq bugs would have gotten past even one player trying to do Elder EQ. You get to the first fight and you either see there are no nodes or you do the fight and realize it is taking way longer than it should.

Thats what happens when you fire half your staff and then you expect them to hire new people to solve issues? Kabam is the most frugal company on the planet. First to sucker you out of your wallet but last to spend a dime to fix literally anything. It will be their fault this game dies, but by all means please invent some new deal to sucker new players because snowballing your old ones doesn’t work anymore. None of this is a surprise.

straight facts bro..The most annoying thing is that they've completely overhauled Ascension and made it unnecessarily difficult to get anything, and of course, they've put it behind a paywall. I have a bleak future for this game, given the choices they're making that players don't want and that, in my opinion, are made on their own initiative.but it seems more like if you want to stay competitive with the rest you will have to invest money and most of them are already so deep in it that they keep spending and they know that at Kabam they are going to put more and more things behind the paywall on purpose. In the past you could still keep up with the rest if you invested 100/200 dollars, now you have to pay 600/800 if you want to get the good stuff, it's just absurd. I myself stopped spending money on this game a year ago because it's just throwing your money into a bottomless pit.

Its the equivalent of someone saying "I got a guy looking at my numbers" and its really the wife doing the taxes. They are not a multinational with 2000 employees. They are understaffed and most of the 'teams" most likely overlap.

There is absolutely no excuse to how the usual monthly basic stuff is constantly bugged, there is no excuse on why most of the new content are repeats with a twist. They have all hands on deck on the next golden geese which is Ascensions and everything else is a poor attempt at copy pasting.

I hear you, but the code of the game remains the same. What I'm saying is if you have the skillset to work on a new mode or character, then you also have the same skillset needed to work on the bugs and issues. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to write the code to create new modes.

Well, since I am an electrician and do coding in an industrial environment, I can tell you that your post makes no sense. Different trades have different skills, and put those skills together to build the house. If you have the coding skills to work on new modes, you have the skills to be able to debug the code. Otherwise you would be constantly writing code that doesn't work.

Yes, plus, the 30+M Kabam got from banquet, I believe it can sustain to pay the electri bills for one month, while they re fixing the game. Alternatively, they can spend 1% of that money to hire a few people that know what they re doing.

Whoever is running things at kabam they just don’t care. It’s obvious how they constantly let things release with bugs, not finished, not tested, and then either pretend one thing or another.
if they cared then they would go to the people responsible and make sure that these things didn’t happen again. But since they happen repeatedly it’s seems pretty obvious to me what kabam stance is and since they continue to make money …..like someone else has mentioned, they really have no reason to change anything.
tThey will continue to make excuses and lie instead of doing what they should be with that time and fix the problems that we all have been enduring for years.

What kabam should really do is fire the people that have been responsible for these problems and hire someone new that can actually get things done to make the community happy.
I know the community will never be 100% happy but the majority of them are just dissatisfied because of the ongoing issues and problems. So it would be satisfying the majority of disgruntled people and be great for long term business.

If your contractor doesn't have multiple trades working at the same time, then he has zero god damn idea wtf he's doing and shouldn't be in business, or you're working on nothing but tiny houses with 3 guys, but you said you work industrial, so if your roofers can't work at the same time as the plumbers or electricians, again, your boss has no damn idea how to run a construction site. 🤣

Honestly I would mind a year of them just fixing things and reworking champs every month instead of adding new champs. Like Silver Surfer, Sentry is a lost cause but I still want him to be good (Im not having a disagreement of him being good atm in the game, hes not end of story), OG Deadpool, Black Window, Winter Solider, OG Cap, OG Thor, Drax, Elektra, Green Goblin, Hela, Ikaris, Loki, Silver Cent, Black Suit Spidey,etc. Like for real wish we had like good content in the game too bgs is full of cheaters and whales so free to pay can't even play that mode. All alliance modes are boring and not fun or rewarding. I rather have weekly challenges that say for example use a full avengers team in Abyss and get decent rewards for that or weekly Variant that with the same concept. Like we have 250+ champs in the game and i only see people use like the same 60 for years now. Like can we get a reason to use the other champs and not make it feel bad like the Carina Challenges. BC that was horrible and just a revive fest of challenges. Like I'm not asking for crazy content like reuse old story acts and just update the challenge rating. Simple stuff, keep the game alive and make the free to play and whale gap a little smaller. Free to play players have at most 25 r4 7 stars, the whales have double to triple that and some r5s too. The gap is insane, we need more content to make the game enjoyable. New or old content reused, just give us a reason to play the game not BGs or Alliance Slop like Legit content.
