I accidentally bought 10 empowered crystals

I accidentally bought 10 empowered grace crystals that costed 2k units and I haven't opened them yet I sent out a ticket should I just leave them there or what [Ps.] Please implement a confirmation system before I accidentally buy 2k units worth of crystals again

Yes, don't open them. As long as things are unopened and unused, they should be able to fix it.
