The writing is already on the wall....r.i.p. quake

Well, the magik rework has been in game long enough for us to understand that this newly released character may be called magik, may look like magik, but is not, in fact, magik. And to top it all off, even the 5 star version has been changed, so the magik we all knew and loved is gone, all so they could have a character who looks like her in a purple border so they could say
"see? We released magik as a 7 star for you guys".

So friends, you know what's coming. Go grab your 5 star quake and play around with her, quake-and-bake to your little heart's content, get some nostalgia in, because you know her days are numbered. It won't be long before Kabam "gives" us a 7 star character that looks an awful lot like quake.... but isn't.

they really should have kept old Magik in, especially as a 5*. I mean this is by all intents and purposes a nerf to make her release-able as a 7*, maybe they should have made existing 5* magiks a special variant, given a title or pfp or trophy for those of us that had her, but no, let’s just nerf her then make her chase stupidly grindy just to really rub salt in the wound

Have you all tired her cause this whole whining needs to stop, her old kit would not work against current champs if anything it would be more liability than anything else, plus new Magik is actually also a comic accurate version of the Character in power and abilities which many people whined why some of the characters aren't as comic accurately strong and she still does have some power control since her opponents don't gain any power while in her special attacks and if you use Mystic Dispersion even at 3/5 it would still be good enough control. In fact in her old kit Mystic Dispersion would be a liability as well cause your gonna constantly go to special 3 without being able to control the power.

Christ you all and Lagacy or any other CCP like him who whines without even trying her out or learning how to use her are embarrassing yourselves.

Honestly tho although I miss the Old Magik the new one had started to grow on me plus she's crazy as a 5 and 6 star imagine her as a 7 star.

I guarantee most of you haven't touched old magik in years, but suddenly now she's been replaced by a version that had much higher power ceiling and beyond her power control its just objectively better across the board yall are wishing to get her back.

Even the 6 star with her new kit is an absolute monster in matches with even a couple of buffs so the 7 star is going to be on another level, its genuinely insane to me that people are acting like this is a bad thing
