Why is the essentia conversion stuff limited

Just let us convert everything. This is so weird. We already wait to buy stuff, now we also additionally have to remember to convert stuff weekly?

The rewards for the weekly alliance super event exceed what we can trade in.

Would it have hurt to let everyone have 1 week of dual stores to spend things down slightly? At least let us use the currencies for Raid Tickets or something.

Hopefully last week's AQ will be in essensia, guess I'll find out in a few hours.

its not. and raids are good as dead. 12600 essentia for 1 raid, why not just spend that on resources that you can actually choose?

I’m overload with trophy tokens myself, I was expecting to use them in today’s reset store. Now I converted the maximum but new awards make them overload. The conversion limit is a nonsense and closing the old stores without givin time to spend another nonsense, but both of these thing together are a complete disaster. I have no words to describe it.

I am not a community team employee, but I can say there are discussions happening about pretty much every complaint I've seen on the forums and elsewhere (I've been personally lodging some of them myself) and I can say that in response to some of the feedback Kabam turned back on the old currency options for Raid tickets. If you don't see them, restart your game client.

As to everything else, all I can say is Kabam is aware of the issues brought up by the community. Players are free to interpret the fact that they decided to reenable Raid ticket purchase options immediately in response to player feedback in whatever way they feel is appropriate.

appreciate that, at the very least kabam should come out and say we are discussing and listening. it shouldn't take you, a non-kabam employee to reassure people. right now it looks like they just don't care

I'm not making excuses here, but I believe all the people with any input into the Essentia system, including the player-facing community people, are busy with something at the moment.

I literally waited to purchase items from artifacts and loyalty in order to do that in the new store, and now the conversion is limited? Why? Will take years to convert the saved artifacts and loyalty. Kabam should have left the artifact, loyalty, and glory stores up as normal for the rest of the month.

Who thought this was a good idea? This is a nightmare for the players!

Are we still getting the old currency for AQ, BGs, etc? With the very limited amount we can convert weekly, I’m in danger of going over the cap limits.

The correct way would have been an announcement that explains essentia, all modes giving essentia as reward (without a store present yet), leaving the old stores up so you can still deplete your stash

The wrong way, what we have right now, game modes that still give old currency as rewards rofl, this is so dumb.

Its baffling that they didn't see the issues.coming while they were designing the changes. The lack of foresight is beyond believable. This issues are the reason why some players doubt if they play or understand their game.

So I used Essentia to get raids ticked to join raids as it was the only option besides units, and now they have given the option to buy tickets again with the other currencies I had plenty of? How is this fair? I just wasted a tonne of Essentia for nothing. What a diabolical launch of a new currency. Kabam you should be ashamed of yourself.

Me too. Not sure why Kabam didn't make a quick announcement saying they will return the old raid ticket bundles. I actually can't believe Kabam is this incompetent. Truly amazing how people will still defend them though

The baffling thing to me is it appears the changes we’ve seen today are by design and not a bug. I’m not a game economy designer so there may be some rationale for the decision making that is beyond the scope of knowledge, but I cannot see any positives in how Kabam launched the change over to essentia.

lol so Battlegrounds store is 'back' but it's only for the Elders Marks and the like.

So they're actively course-correcting but still doing the bare minimum. They explicitly told us that these stores would stay open during the transition period.

Yeah if this was by design, to quote a certain British man, “Are you having a laugh mate?” And if this was accidental, then Kabam yet again is demonstrating complete incompetence at not understanding their community and how this will impact the economy of the game
