Why is the essentia conversion stuff limited

Just let us convert everything. This is so weird. We already wait to buy stuff, now we also additionally have to remember to convert stuff weekly?

This is a lack of life experience.

Where am I going with this? People who lived in a 3rd world country that had currencies change know the correct process. You tell them on a certain day your money will no longer have value unless you change to the new one. Past that day you are out of luck.

I guess this is the definition of 1st world problems lol.

Just change it back, scrap Essentia, after all its obvious not much time and thought was put in it. Whoever designed it and thought of it should be fired or at least take a pay cut for the rest of the year. The way it was handled is idiotic

Removing the stores with no overlap was a huge mistake. Having a cap on the conversion amount was a terrible decision. Doesn't look like anyone thought this through.

Where was our guidance from Kabam? They could have said that "it will be difficult to convert so spend while you can", and the community could have been spared this disaster.

IIf I claim my weekly super event, I'm losing out on glory. Because there's nowhere to spend glory. I've converted 400 into Essentia. We're losing out on currency value we've already earned. What an absolute joke.

My current understanding is Kabam is working on an announcement regarding the Essentia store launch which should address many/most of the issues people have been discussing. I'm presuming this announcement will be Very Soon Now as there is a ticking clock on Glory for many players that needs addressing soon.

As stated above, this is probably due to the fact that some players have the Sigil and others don't. The Sigil +10% bonus that applied to some of the older currencies is being applied to Essentia as well.

Any other game would introduce a new currency and auto convert the old currency to new.

Only kabam would make the conversion manual and then limit the amount so players have items that expire

And the manual conversion, they told us, was so that everything wouldn’t just be immediately automatic so that we could still utilize the old currencies (ie the old stores would still be open), for a brief time during the transition period.

I am sitting on just over 400,000 incursion artifacts for that exact reason, so that I could see how the new essentia store operated but still be able to buy the Incursions crystal - well, so much for that. 400,000 artifacts completely wasted.

I'm about to lose 5,700 Glory because I can't convert it to Essentia or buy anything with it. I'm really ticked off and don't see why I should continue playing a mode that will only reward me more currency that I can't use or convert. This is unbelievable. Also, the costs for the items look like they are worse than what we used to pay for them based on the conversions but because they wiped the other stores out I can't be sure of how bad it is. I hate the direction they are moving everything and none of the essentia stuff makes sense.
