How do you test big new changes, Kabam?

This is not a rant thread to make your already busy morning even harder, Kabam.
But to make the future features Not to be rolled out like this one today.

I have been sure you test the content and changes before they go live, right? (Right??!)
Because the "undershoot performance of new features" seem to sugarcoat the real issues too much lately. Like we (and everyone who has been playing this game acitively) know that every Monday for years AQ rewards (glory + radiance lately) arrive and the week before cycle`s rewards expire from the stash. Every Monday. Unless there were delays or some other issues. And No one from Kabam team who was the part of new currency rollout did not question the limit of conversion at all?! Ok, 4k glory limit a week, fine I will spend the rest somewhere else or "burn" it. But to lose previous week`s glory and the before week`s glory due to 400 Glory limit?! Who tested it?

Same was with new EQ rollout. How can you claim to release the new content/stores which took months to prepare, when from day one every player can clearly see that this was Not run by any real Mcoc summoner before the release went live?! Otherwise there would have been a lot of questions, which could have solved some or the majority of live game issues and realities we players are facing today?

This is absurd...

For an 11 year old game, it seems like there is no real QA in place in any way and there is no clue what the community wants until everyone complains and they need to back peddle. Very strange for a game that is essentially the same base concept for 11 years. I would expect a company to have fine tuned any of the processes by now.

Qa people test for bugs and other issues. This is what occurs when there's no oversight. All these issues in game are not developer or qa related. Does kabam have an actual product manager? I believe they have lead developers and lead community managers, etc. Who actually runs the product in the Vancouver office? Who oversees these product changes? Who plans product changes? It's wild how poorly its planned and reviewed prior to release. Feels like a company where everyone does their tasks and it just goes live. Like it's a bunch of workers without any management

Saw the announcemet for the clown fiesta we have had this morning.

What about glory that expired in the 4 hours of silence while waiting?
What about time zones that went to sleep before this announcement and lost or burned their glory already?
Any constructive explanation on how this ridiculous limit of conversion got approved? Not the "slower transition to the new currency" bs. 2k bg tokens with weekly 2.2k conversion limit assuming players had at least 150k cap?! This does not justify the slower transition…
"To better accommodate the balance…" What??! Can you just directly and sincerely say: "Our calculations were wrong. We will test the new store changes better next time. We messed up."..??! "We apologize for the rocky launch" - 60+ threads were opened due to new currency rollout so far, 8 pages of forum are full of people complaining and joking. A rocky launch 🤣
