Who does QC for the game?

11 years + and the initial rollout for a “1” stop shop is what we get and it took the whole community to be mad at you?

only addresses part of it, not the absolute garbage values of the store itself outside of sig stones.

and all the changes were after people already had timers expiring and were forced to buy other garbage.

Kabam. The game is currently in its most overt pay to win phase that I can ever remember. Why on earth do you make changes like this. Keep the revives and potions available to purchase using a currency that isn’t Units. I would say almost everything

They don't even ADDRESS the fact that they lied to us by saying the old stores would stay open during this transition process. It's not even mentioned, like they have no intention of bringing it back or doing right by the community, thereby conning us and pretending it's not an issue.

I was under the impression that anything I needed from those other stores would be available here, and also that there would be a slightly lenient 'conversion-period' where the other old stores might stay open for an initial week or month, so as not to cause this mass confusion and chaos, but no.

The Essentia store has nowhere to buy a 7* incursion crystal. I have over 400,000 incursions artifacts and now have no way to buy an incursions crystal, unless I use 22,000 Radiance, which is an absolute joke because radiance is a top tier competitive currency and everyone will be hoarding all their Radiance to be able to obtain a 7* Magik.

Incursions isn't a competitive mode… give me my option to buy that Incursions crystal again OR open the incursions store back up and explicitly say it'll stay open for X amount of time in order to buy your final incursions crystals.

it feels like Kabaam has a bunch of different departments that each do whatever they want without any oversight or quality control. New content is so inconsistent it makes no sense

What’s the benefit of being competitive in game if all the glory you’ve earned, all the Battle Chips, all the loyalty, earned through hard work and competition can’t be used when you want to use it.

Players stock up on resources should get a leg up when there’s a store update. It’s why they’ve saved. Such an artificial bottleneck is only to try and force us to use units and $$$.

So it’s pretty clear the store was implemented as intended. They’re wasn’t any bugs, or issues. It was the perfect implementation of a change that is the equivalent of a poo. Just because the players think the change is poo doesn’t mean it wasn’t implemented as exactly how Kabam wanted it to be. This is the approach. Give us rubbish, we push back and they see how much they can shine the poo up.

I wonder if Kabam is as tired of apologizing as I am of being lied to with hollow apologies.

We throw hella paper at Kabam every year but get dimensional arcade and other slop instead of putting those people to work as QC instead. Clearly quality control is clearly non-existent considering how many embarrassingly bad examples exist recently. Shout out seatin's AQ crashout video though. At least Kabam is able to inspire unintentionally hilarious content. I stopped spending anything over $25 at a time on plat pass and now even that's looking like a waste when I question whether it's even worth playing anymore.

So there goes his argument about making it so that players who had more currencies saved up don't get more resources than thr players who didn't. I mean, that's the point of players grinding for the currency, so we can get more resources.

Can't speak for whoever you're attempting to make this response to, but I'M complaining because they have specifically told us a lot of time, thought, and work have gone into this new currency change to 'alleviate' confusion and make a 'seamless' transition - their words.

They've been abstract about a lot of the details but have consistently and repeatedly said that A LOT of time, work, and thought have gone into this, only for them to drop an absolute dumpster fire of an update, with nonsensical caps, old stores and items absent, conversion rates incorrect, and caps being met and lose currencies because of it.

This has been a disaster and their recent communication only corrects a few of the issues, and doesn't address numerous others. That warrants complaints because frankly, it's embarassing if this is the result of a lot of time and care…

One thing can be said between those posting on here and YouTubers this Essentia got a D- at best, but honestly an F. Sad to see that they create a one single consolidated currency and they face planted hard. I really do hope there are improvements to it, but for now disappointed.

That's usually how the process of feedback goes.

I'm all for valid complaints but there's such thing as just pouring gas on a fire that's already burning.

The one thing that should have happened is to bring back all the Stores atleast until he end of the month if not until sometime in April so people will have 2-3 Rollover cycles to spend those resources they have gathered. This whole thing has been such a clown fiesta from seatins words that it has led many to contemplate why they even held onto to resources if they we're only going to be converted slowly 🐌 😳. Like many I thought we'd be able to convert most directly into Assentia day 1 but thats not happening they are going to increase cap but good lord this whole thing was a mess from jump street. Best solution is bring back the store's let ppl have a red time limit stating we have 40 days left to spend said resources that way the bleeding and outrage can hold off atleast for a bit.

ThThis also gives players time to convert more Essentia and also get used to spending on the new store. Guess will wait and see but looks like we may be cooked 🍳.

The problem is that Kabam is both lighting the match and pouring gas on their own mistakes.

Don’t blame the playerbase for Kabams horses*** communication and misleading tactics to the playerbase.

Be up front and honest and communicate with some of that transparency they promised us so when they do punch us in the gut, we will at least be ready for it.
