Heimdal Goes Missing

Welp…. i opened a bunch of Titan and Titan Nexus crystals like everyone else did and was happy to see that i duped all new. champs, including Heimdall which i duped on a Nexus crystal. Once i went to rank up all my new champs, Heimdall was not on my roster…even though i know i got him. i tried contacting Support, but you can’t get thru to them, its awful. Is there any other way to have this corrected? Thanks
