Missing Super Duper Box Shards Rewards
Hello, in the announcements about the latest update and new features added to the game, you stated that players who opened 7-Star Basic Crystals and 7-Star Titan Crystals from November 2025 until today would receive “Super Duper Box Shards.”
You also said that after the update, 250 “Super Duper Box Shards” would be given for each 7-Star Hero obtained, and that if a Hero at maximum copy count was obtained, more “Super Duper Box Shards” would be awarded.
However, even though I obtained a max-copy 7-Star Hero from both a 7-Star Basic Crystal and a 7-Star Titan Crystal after the update, I only received 250 “Super Duper Box Shards.”
As far as I understood, it should have been much more than 250 shards. Am I remembering it incorrectly?
