Worth a rank up?

I got 7* BPCW and Sasquatch and Spiral duped and ascended. Never really used them, especially BPCW since his buffed a while back.
Are any of them worth a r3 or even r4?

I also have a Nico and LadyD who are not ascended that I can r4.

i have r4 Sig 200 bpcw..He does every match in Bg's under a min and he is not ascended yet..I would love to ascend him
