Missing incursions rewards?

I'm not sure if it was intended or not( highly doubt it was) but currently at the game there's no rewards for doing incursion

I got my gold but nothings else cleared 2 zones and nothing. Another problem is when I’m doing well in a fight it crashes and I come back w/ half of my health. The fights get choppy and causes me to miss blocks. It’s a scam I guess I’ll stop putting money into the game.
