Thanos bugged

Hi all

So earlier I reported a bug with thanos and after talking to 5 guys I can confirm I'm not alone something is wrong with thanos and whenever he changes his phases. We all had different encounters (bug). I'm attaching the screen shot as well.

It's been an intermittent issue since the Ordeal originally launched. Doubt it ever gets fixed because it didn't then.

i had the same problem , screen stayed in ultra wide screen plus sometimes thanos will instantly dash at you when u dash back when the 3 rd phase starts lost a lot of revives, i was using iphone15.

Same happened to me…..cost me extra revive's then need 😔

Just did the fight myself and same deal happened to me. That small wide screen really screws with you.

This has been an issue since the ordeal originally launched and will likely never be fixed

as stated above, this has been a thing foreverrr and kabam just do not care, even before the ordeal came out this existed.

I’m also experiencing the same issue during the Deathless Thanos fight in Grandmaster’s Gauntlet (Ordeal).

In my case, half of the screen goes black during the fight, making it very difficult to see both my champion and the opponent. This issue seems to occur only in this specific encounter and not elsewhere in the game.

From what I’ve observed, this issue may have been present since the event was released. It didn’t affect me earlier, so I wasn’t aware of it at the time. A friend of mine had mentioned facing this issue before, but we initially assumed it was device-related since there were no reports on the forums or even any YouTubers talking about it then.

I’ve now submitted a support ticket regarding this, but haven’t received any further update beyond the initial response.

I was still able to complete the run, but it required significantly more revives due to the visibility issue.

Adding my experience here along with others so it can be looked into more closely.

Same here it was wide screen and i couldnt even see thanos untill i died. Have oneplus12 and no issues in game other modes

This is their response. Many people also reached out on Reddit as well. I think we'll never have the resolution for this

this happened to me last night a few times fighting Thanos . Definitely still a problem
