In the alliance description you write causal AQ and AW. What do you mean by that?

I'm specifically interested in an alliance where there are no requirements to participate in specific content. I'm fed up with the repetitiveness of AQ and AW, and want to play the game to have fun. For me, an alliance is about communication, fun, and advice—not being forced to play repetitive content that feels like a second job.

There is no requirement to play AQ/AW. Some of us join every war/quest, some of us do it occasionally, & some don't do it at all. Some people don't do Coliseum either, but we still hit 72mil in this previous Kate Bishop version. Everybody benefits in some way, & only join the modes they feel like joining, if any.
