Already many CCPs have uploaded Madelyn Pryor gameplay where even 2 star and 3 star are doing tremendous damage against normal champs.
Clearly its showing that her damage is too op and she will be "balanced".
But since the rebalancing program is already dead, there's no clarity if she will be touched or not.

From what I have seen she didn't seem too broken. Her damage heavily depends on defender gaining buffs or co-operating to her heavy interrupt or punish style, and we all know how AI screws up even the easiest to play champs.

I feel Nico to be way more broken than her and if she didn't get balanced I doubt Madelyn will get tuned down.

She isn't broken in fact she actually looks like a mystic version of Vox plus it is AI dependent on weather their gonna throw their heavy attack. Now if she did have Kindred anthropy or whatever you call it on her kit than yes she would be OP but honestly she actually is perfect ok with how she is.

Madelyn doesn’t seem too broken.
Even if she did seem too broken somehow, kabam has already told us that we can expect new champions to be untouched. Maybe they would tweak her numbers if she was crazy, but nothing drastic
