BG deck 30 champs

I know last season was an experiment, but I found a deck of 40 champs and 5 bans to be many times better than 30 champs and 3 bans. With a 40-champ deck, your options are simply a bit greater to counter certain defenders, and especially since I have more than 30 R4s, 30 champs feels limited now after having played a 40-champ deck

I really don't understand the "I have more options argument", having more options doesn't matter when the usual suspects are still far better for basically every defender they counter, you're not going to beat a Solvarch Maker or Jack's score with a Bastion against a Capt. Britain, you're not going to beat a Nico Pav or Spiral's score with Jane against a Serpent and the list goes on and on. They have created a game where the usual suspects dominate everything, the second you add more RNG you make this issue worse because you have way less control over what you get and the whole thing becomes even more random. Furthermore, a 40 deck increases the chance of not getting what you need after a reroll which is why they increased it to multiple rerolls but they forgot 1. we had to pay for them with tokens/essentia and 2. there was still a chance the same champs you didn't need that you saw earlier popped again. They need to make a bunch of adjustments for a 40 deck to work, as it is currently it's terrible and I'd very much rather play with 30

Yeah, I liked the 5 ban and 40 team.

Maybe Kabam will do again on BG Season 38

thats your opinion i found a 40 champ deck better personally. So i could ban more P2W champs i dont own. And yes the usual suspects are still the better counters. They messed everything up by releasing The Serpent longer then a year ago the guy needed 5/6 straight counters 😅
