List of champions not available at 7⭐

Is there an up to date list of champions that are not available as 7⭐?
I have some tier 2 alpha and tier 5 basic cats expiring today and would rather only rank up 6⭐ champions that are not available as 7⭐.

Archangel would be my dream but he still eludes me.

There really aren't many 6* that aren't 7* yet.

I just want them to give us a 7* AA and I would be happy.
