Abyss of Legends error

Anyone else run through Abyss of Legends using heroes and villains back to back (same day), only to get nothing on Carina’s Challenges for the villains path and it still be locked? WTH?

This was the team. Burned a number of revives and potions. Opened a support ticket. After waiting 10-11 days for missing rewards (empowered grace crystals) from EQ, I’m honestly stunned things like this keep happening.

The quest has not unlocked yet. You need to do it this Wednesday

Really rough situation but the villains objective unlocks on Wednesday and then the first hero path of the gauntlet unlocks next Wednesday. Not sure if a ticket will do much about that since it's not supposed to be availible yet.
