When the opponent has 2 decelerations on them reducing unstoppable ability accuracy by 50% each they still sometimes go unstoppable, is this intentional because it does 50% and then an additional 50% of 50% so 25% for 75% or is it perhaps an interaction not working as intended but doing exactly that, especially with zemo being very good for these carinas villain challenges this is something that needs looking into immediately

You’re probably just ignoring some interaction. I haven’t had an issues with Zemo’s Decelerate failing where it shouldn’t. Some Unstoppable effects ignore Ability Accuracy reductions, and some have more than a 100% chance to trigger, both of which can prevent Decelerate from working.

If you’re looking at something like abyss, they gain extra ability accuracy after they run out of their first set of charges. If they can increase their ability accuracy decelerate won’t always prevent those effects
