Time change is irrelevant and happened almost a month ago. The current drops campaign ends 16 minutes before the stream starts today, so that makes sense. And Mike explained why they switched days. There's no moving parts here. They set a schedule, they schedule things accordingly.
I get having low expectations for Kabam, but that doesn't mean something as simple as telling time is that questionable.

the Discord message shows the time in your local time zone, but I know mine had to be incorrect because I am in Arizona where we don't change our clocks so currently we are on Pacific time, yet it was giving me the Mountain time, so I am going to just check into Twitch an hour early to be safe
What time is the livestream?
The announcement on Discord said the live stream would start at 3 PM (local time), but it started at 2 PM.
Thursday is a very strange day to pick. I got used to Friday streams and having livestream on Thursday got me offguard. I missed almost all stream.
Holiday weekend, they may have Friday off or people out of office.
