Account banned / suspended

So I’m posting seeing if I can get help with my account.
Monday game was running fine then later went to log in and said I was banned for account sharing.
Now I travel a lot for work and even use a different device for overseas/out of country.
I have the game installed on multiple devices. iPads,iPhone,desktop and Android phone with kids in the home.
I put in a ticket asking why or if they could give me an explanation. I just get generic responses.
I’m an avid spender maxing out ingame and webstore on event spending over $400 every event and even monthly subscription.
I asked if something was wrong can it be moved to suspended for a duration as I’ve never been given a warning or anything to this point.
