queria reclamar aqui que nesta madrugada as 04h24 ocorreu uma compra que eu não permiti e nem sabia a compra que foi debilitado 49,90. e ai eu queria saber como podemos resolver isso kabam ?

Submit a ticket to support and request a refund. If what was purchased was not used/opened, they will be able to reverse it. If anything was used/opened, then you're stuck unless you go a route (refunding through Apple/Google) that would prevent you from making any purchases or using units until you paid them the money owed for the product received.
