KABAM REPLY TO THE PROBLEM OF PLAYERS AFTER THE UPDATE!!!!!!!

Kabam, can u please listen to playerbse after the update many players cannot login to there main acc they have to make a new acc, also I tried to login my main acc by using my alt account but no use when I tried to login with my kabam id, I put my email id and password for the acc but the login option is not available there I have 5 million plus rating on my main account and I can't login

This problem has come to many players after they updated the game. After the update it showed me all my Google accounts and options to login I choose my Google account the same email id which I used to make my kabam acc and since that my game is stuck on loading I waited for 1 hour and still it's stuck on loading

I hope so someone sees this I have tried my best guys please make this post to reach @Kabam(Ossarus Rex) @KabamPinwheel

If you guys think Mike and Pinwheel haven't seen any of the posts, you're crazy. It's literally part of their job to look at the forums, Discord, and social media.
I think a good assumption to make is that they see anything of any real significance within the first couple of hours of it being posted. They just aren't required to respond

I'm sure there will be some level of announcement post before we get into the weekend saying that they see the problems, they see what we've been saying, and they're working to fix the issues. It'll probably be fairly vague and may not bring up too many things specifically, and it won't solve anything right now, but we will be assured that we are being heard and the team is working on it.

As there's so much discussions on that topic, a good SMM must make a public statement that problems have been identified and will be corrected

Just to assemble all problems in one post so anyone with the problem could just see the statement and wait instead of writing angry discussions

Unfortunately there is no stopping people from making discussions on things that have already been addressed or are already being discussed. We've gotten 30-40 new posts, maybe more, each of the last couple days just on the inventory quantity visual bug because nobody actually bothers to check or pays attention, they just want to say their piece.

But if there'll be the statement we'll have 5-10 posts for each problem instead of 20-30. So the community could see more interesting discussions and less trashed one

I faced the same problem and was able to log in by logging out of playstore and logging with kabam account. However I had missed the awakening gem and associated deadweights by the time I figured this out. Will there be some sort of compensation for that?
