And they've been absolutely flooded with tickets since the update on Monday. They go through them in the order they come, and it might take awhile to get to you. There is no guaranteed timeline and you aren't entitled to one. They will get to you.

still haven’t mentioned what your issue was about.

Maybe is something many others here could provide info about (especially if it is “can not login to, or logout of, game” or “can not see how many of xxxx I already have before claiming reward/milestone” or related PlatPool piece selection issue).

Or is it something definitely specific to just your account ?

None of my selectors worked for 2 days. I bought the deadlift cavalier bundle 3 with the awakening gem, champ selector, and 100 class iso. I only recieved the AG. No champ selector and no iso. I later tried to get a tier 4 class catalyst out of the essentia store and it took the essentia and i have one less available but the selector never popped up. I also didnt get the free iso/free gold selector to pop up from the rank up store. Then the next day(yesterday) I got the event quest rewards and the selector finally did pop up but when it did, the game crashed and when I opened it again, it just said "claimed"

6 star champ selector(was gonna get Nafario or AbsMan)

100 tier 6 class iso

Tier 4 class catalyst

80k gold

2 event quest selectors

Accidental purchase of Crystals with units.
Before anyone asks, I didn't open the crystals, Kabam just needs to remove them from the account and refund the 2,000 units.

So they say they solved my problem but nothing happened.

I guess it maybe tried but when the most meaningless of all the selectors I lost popped up, the game crashed again and I got nothing

It stayed on the loading wheel and the red wifi signal for about 45 seconds and then said it lost connection and when I came back to it, nothing happened. Im still out ALL my stuff

I think Im just gonna be screwed. I would not have wasted my time fighting with one of the worst champs in the game if they were only going to give me a third of what Im owed. Im not even upset about the class catalyst or the 5 star crystal and relic rewards from the weekly event. They can have all of it if I can just have the champ selector and the 100 iso. Id even just take throwing Count Nefaria on my roster and calling it even but Id like the iso as well. The rest is not a big deal but come on, man. Dont tell me I can have something and make me work for it if youre gonna do it like this.
