Are we able to park at ares for the villain challenge? I remember it being an issue for a past one.

MSD is doing it, and he works for Kabam, so I think it’s safe to say yes.

I wasn't going to, and I still suggest you don't if you have patience, but MSD, Seaten and I'm sure other content creators are doing it and honestly, I just want it to be done and enjoy the Final Act in Book..something. Personally, I think I'm going to risk it and start doing a little over the next few days so I'm ready to go for when story drops. Don't want to miss on that small revive package for the Carina Bugs 😎

You could do it for every Carina except epoch hero because the map wasn’t available until it went live

Youve been able to do it for every challenge besides hero epoch because it wasn’t out. Nothing to suggest or believe it won’t work.

Besides being screwed over by AI in some fights, overall it wasn’t bad. Onslaught versus mole man is a bit of a nuisance fight you just need to find the right rhythm. Definitely don’t swap nefaria for she hulk he does her fights better. Abs man takes no red damage from her so that fight is rough with her. Serpent Thanos and onslaught did the majority. Zemo was for photon but Zemo actually doesn’t do that fight well. Because photon is perma rooted you don’t have a chance to hit her block to drain your power. In total it was like around 10 revives I believe? Including ares

Do we have confirmation that we can start the Ares fight and then finish him off when the challenge goes live? I wanted to do the same but I'm nervous with the comment to be safe and not even fight Ares until Weds. Did anyone do this with the hero challenge?

It wasn't possible with the hero challenge because the quest didn't appear until the day the challenge came out. It should be possible with the villain challenge though. I doubt Kabam will change it

@willrun4adonut little bit of both to be honest. I honestly, truly, truly truly hate this piece of content. Like I hate it so much. I thought I was going do so much better this go because of what I learned in the hero run, but honestly, another hundred revives down the crapper. After awhile I just kind of lost all motivation to try and just revived my way through it and once he went unstopped at one I was like huh, that’s different, OH Sh**, and then Immediately just stopped playing.

Honestly though, everybody, just wait until it launches. I only went in early because I won’t have time to play this week after Wednesday and I just wanted it done. Now that I’m there, I’m pretty sure I’m gonna be stressed out for the next two days in case they changed it.

If it makes you feel better, I did 41 revives on Ares. I hate him so much. 24 revives on his regular kit, and the rest on his 99 persistent charges. Not once was I able to dex his special (I think I've dexed it 3 times total on all of my runs ever).

Last 1% is like torture if we can't dex his SP1/2. I'm not sure whether Haste Timer at 1% is a bug or not (I suppose the timer only happen between 29% to 2%). You can't even deduct immortality charge via intercept when Haste Timer kick in.

Duh, I totally did not think of it not being released yet for the heroes. I'm at Ares now and I'm still a little nervous to take a few phases out of him. I'm busy on Weds so I wanted to be as ready as possible when I am able to fight him.

Who would you replace Zemo with? And aren't Thanos and Serpent kind of the same or were they both needed for different fights?
