Colossal titan Bug?!
I finished exploring 9.4 and the carinas early this morning. during my opening, the colossal titan I would've gotten turned out to be a regular 7* titan crystal. I was tired so I brushed it off as I probably read it wrong. but I just watched kt1's opening and he had a colossal titan. so im not sure if I got the wrong rewards or if they bugged. please I would like compensation for this. every time I try to open a support ticket they ask me to verify the email, but its my mothers old one and she doesnt have access to the email nor phone number. ive tried to change it to my current email but haven't had any luck past security. is there a way I can get this comp and or change my email without having access to the old one so I can use kabam support tickets?
