Am I silly or what?
Why doesn't Rintrah's naturalise work against Heimdall's new buffs?
Yes I understand Heimdall's buffs have 200% accuracy.
But...
Rintrah's naturalise is 200% against cosmics.
200-200=0
I also understand Heimdall will get passive but I should be able to close down sorten nodes.
I have start on act 9 today and I'm stuck on 9.1.5.
Rintrah's naturalise can close down footloose but not on Heimdall.

Is this a bug?

it’s not 200-200=0. It’s more like 300-200=100, which means Heimdall’s buffs still go through

Oh. I thought it was increased to 200% not add 200%.
