Class mastery cores should be purchasable with Essentia

Prior to the rollout of Essentia class mastery cores could be purchased for 8000 loyalty. Now if we want to buy class mastery cores our only option is to spend 30 units each. While this may not be a whole lot individually, it adds up to thousands of units to fully max out class masteries. We really need another cheap way of acquiring them and Essentia would be the easiest way of implementing that.

Also, other than Mystic & Tech; class cores are useless anyway
