I recently get ruby 3* from arenas , I love playing her but I have noticed that she is coming sp1 and straight sp3
Cannot use her sp2
Anyone has noticed that
Is it an error or it’s just me ,

Not an error. It's an intrinsic part of her kit. She cannot access her l2 unless an effect from her l1 is active.

Use SP1 for organic circuitry then you can use SP2
