Hoping we get some good champs this year. I’m assuming they’ll bring Dark Phoenix back, but I’m wondering if they’ll have a first appearance and maybe even ascendable version of her this time around

Don't get your hopes too high because I asked Mike in another post if he could confirm whether HoF 2026 was on the way and he said "I can't confirm or deny anything but there might be a unit based event coming in May". The way he said it tho, sounded more like it will be an ascension based unit event than actual HoF 2.0 they're probably saving the final batch for Banquet 2026 especially since champs like Doom and Ghost are going to need big adjustments to their kits to even be relevant, even CGR and AA would need a few minor ones, the only one with any potential without any adjustments is Kate

Appreciate the heads up. Sad they’re focusing so much on ascension rather than bringing old 6 star champs to 7 stars. If ascension is the main goal for them then they won’t be getting money from me. Was really looking forward to potentially getting some new 7 stars

CGR doesnt need any adjustment , as for ghost moving wasp synergy into the main kit is all she needs , dont think even doom needs any changes he wont be a bgs attacker thats all , he still a menace on defence tho

Even with the wasp synergy in her base kit, which is a safety net for not playing her well to begin with, there's virtually no mutant defenders from the last 2 or 3 years she can handle. Being a crit based tech champion is just a bad identity
