Chat Suspension Help – Is There Any Future Review?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice regarding a permanent chat suspension on my account.

I recently received a chat ban after trying to share my Discord username in-game. When it got censored, I attempted to send it in parts, which I now understand may have been seen as bypassing the chat filter. I’ve already contacted support, and they confirmed the suspension is permanent and cannot be reversed.

I fully respect the rules and understand my mistake, but I wanted to ask if anyone here has had a similar experience or knows if there’s *any* possibility of review in the future.

Also, if you’ve dealt with this before, how do you manage alliance communication without in-game chat?

Any guidance would really help. Thanks in advance.

You don’t get chat ban for sharing discord username

You have to say some pretty gross stuff to get a permanent chat ban.

You'll have to use third-party comms from here on out.

Could either be WHAT your username is composed of (bad or “suggestive” words for username).

Or in honor of some real person (celebrity) name which I’ve seen also gets censored (but those just get censored, not banned)

Or could be all the various Chat Messages (if you know what I’m getting at) PRIOR to getting to the point of convincing someone to exchange names on another social media or chat server, or exchanging phone numbers for.

Don't know if either are the case or not. But in general a reminder to people, this is not a dating platform.

Exchanging socials wasn’t for anything like that …it was for alliance recruitment. Please understand the context before jumping to conclusions.
