Brainstorm your best ideas to resolve boredom from these repeat defenders

Banquet was awesome. 9.4 was awesome. Carina challenges were satisfying and interesting.

But battlegrounds is like a wet blanket. And 99% of my problem with it is the defenders are the same. It’s not fun repeating the same defenders over and over again in different metas.

So if you have any advice beyond taking a break from this game, please do share.

1) Advice for Kabam on how to make it possible to switch up the defenders with specific nodes

2) advice to help change the mindset that views doing the same fights over and over as a path to insanity or at least boredom.

Take a vacation from the game.

Kabam is moving more content to autofight and AFK. by doing those and afk ccp streams you can still get stuff with no grief from problem defenders.

Not sure why new or ranking champs is required to go in this direction… it is kabam's game ….

my advice would be to ban different champions if you’re tired of facing the same ones. I know that isn’t the answer you want, but it’s a solution for YOU at least.

they were supposed to implement bans on certain defenders so some seasons onslaught or bullseye or serpent would be banned, they just never did.

Blacklist/whitelist, no other way around it. The meta where only saga champs worked, obviously worked it kicked Serpent and others to the curb but it was a horrible experience for most players because it was far too restrictive.
We have a good chunk of meta defenders at this point and the only other way to truly stop them from being used for a season or two so we can take a breather is with a blacklist. This way you eliminate them for a whole season but it isn’t so restrictive that you end up having to fill up half your deck with r3 7* like with the saga meta they tried recently.

My suggestion is to have your opponent pick your 7 to fight/defend and vice versa. Both sides will pick the easiest defenders and balance that out with worst offense.

Someone is still going to win and someone is still going to lose, so one person will still feel frustrated just the same.
