Is Heimdal a 3.5 rated defender?

You nerf SW just because she was harder defender than she was supposed to be.
Rigth now we have Heimdal, wich is rated at the same as SW, but is he really a 3.5 defender?, since he needs an specific counter to figth against and I rather face DP or D thanos over him in BG's, I don't think he is rated correctly, I'm not talking for anybody this is just my experience.

If you look closely at the website you'll see that none of the champions are rated correctly in any category and the numbers are just a bunch on nonsensical bs
