Help my game won't let me on connection issue

So from this new up date 17.2 I have nothing but problems I log on then start to fight and after minute or two BOOM it kicks me off crashes and then goes to loading screen with hulk on it then it blames my connection witch is fine other apps and devices r working fine so for last two days it's impossible to play my alliance needs me I cant help them can't get my rewards and after years and money spent I am left with a game I love and can't play on can anyone help kabam team maybe please help me with all ur wizz and brains am sure kabam could actually help get rid off the update or sort it out before u ruin everyone else's game and lose customers please please HELP THANKS ROBERT

Disconnect your WiFi, you should be able to log on on mobile data.
They know about it but in true Kabam style have ignored it since yesterday

Thanks man I have done that thou one off first things I did because I did think its was my internet but dose excley same with my data its a joke mate cant belive that kebam would just leave us hanging like this beyond a joke can we msg kebam directly do u man

You can send support a ticket but you need to get into the game to do that.

Me too mate gutted I always spend Sunday grinding away but not this Sunday well and truely pissed off mate
