The amount of time it takes for Kabam to collect our money and payment is seconds. The amount of time to rectify a problem they created is days! Unbelievable!

Compensation came via Mail, But the question stays what happen with the Slide info incompare what is ingame, i am 4 lvls short because ingame i need 96 levels but Slide say 90 is enough 🤔
I appreciate the quick fix, but my collective ranks don't match my objectives. This reset me to 80 in the objectives. I'm currently sitting at 86 total rank ups…. If I can squeeze out what I need to before the end of the objective (really only 4 more ranks), I'm going to be short because of this reset. So how do I get this fixed now? Or am I just SOL if I hit 90 actual rank ups in collectives since my objectives is 6 less?

**Keep in mind that Collectives started out at rank 1 to begin with (not zero).
So DOING 15 rankups (0-based Objective point style) means you need to be at rank 16 (not 15) since those are 1-based.
Thus the 6 difference.
this is likely because we all Start with level 1 and need to do 90 rank ups what would us bring to 96 Levels for all objectives, there was no rank up from 0 —> 1

right but the issue lies in the fact they told us clear as day on the livestream that we need a total level of 15 not 16 so just because level 1 is currently not being counted does not mean they didn’t tell us straight to our face on the livestream that the 90 levels required for the rewards are achieved at total level 15. Stop defending it, just because that makes sense doesn’t mean it’s correct. This screenshot clearly says level 15 overall, not level 16. This issue needs corrected, an easy fix as well. Just give every single summoner in the game 6 levels via the mail like they just did to fix the initial issue.
Its also exaggerating from players as if the rewards would make such a huge impact. I guess I could understand if they are missing a tiny piece of shards to cross over a progression level and its the only place where they can get the items. People are frustrated, and it almost seems as they are purposely looking for more reasons to keep on being frustrated.
Also something else I am curious about, they said at lvl 25 you get rewards from solo objectives, I don't think is possible even for the bigger spenders to be lvl 25 now or in 30 days, so what's the point?
EDIT: Nvm, make sense if you consider that you can get the solo objectives rewards in the 30 days, and rest when you reach lvl 25

@DocMcShottie , read the various other comments about 0-based vs 1-based. That is the 6 difference you see.
you don't get an objective point for Collective Rank-1 because you start out on Rank-1 already. Have to do Rankups to count.
you seem to keep missing the point, they told us to our face on livestream that it would be overall level 15, not 16. So just because saying “level one doesn’t count” makes the bug make sense does not mean it’s not incorrect/a bug. They clear as day to our face said the 90 point rewards will be claimed when we reach overall level of 15 (90 total levels) not level 16 like you keep insisting. Just read the screenshot.. go back and rewatch the live stream if you have to, Mike out of his own mouth said “total level of 15” 🤦🏻 this is just a big slip up on Kabams fault and just because you’ve found a way for the mistake to make sense doesn’t mean it’s still not a mistake. They told us 15 so it should be 15. I don’t care if level 1 currently doesn’t count, it should because that’s what they told us straight to our face, make sense now? 🙄🙄 stop defending it, support the player and the community. I’m pro Kabam when it warranted, this is clearly a mistake on their end and they need to fix it. Or fire whoever made the slideshow with the incorrect numbers and let us know he’s fired if they want to keep it the way it is ! But we should not be punished for kabams incompetence in this scenario. It’s an easy fix and won’t hurt anyone to do.

Jeez it was a typo on the slide. It should have been 15 rankS. They don't even test for bugs you guys think they are going to proof read slides?
you can tell the increments are purposely set the way they are, intervals of 5 and 10 lol… it’s clearly not a typo and just a mistake. They didn’t account for the initial level not counting towards the milestones and now it has created an issue. Someone didn’t quick math of 15x6 and got 9 then made the milestones based on that number not thinking about the initial level. But they clear as day told us 15 and it’s very obviously not a typo. Just a slip up behind the scenes that at minimum needs addressed and should hopefully get resolved by just sending every single summoner 6 levels in the mail. Super simple fix that can be done by the end of the day 🤷🏻
The typo is that it should have said 5 rankS, 10 rankS and 15 rankS.
Leveling something to rank 15 is not the same as ranking up 15 levels when you start at level 1. Do you see the difference?
I see the difference but that’s clearly not the case like I said in a prior message based on the words that came out of mikes mouth on stream. He directly says an average level of 15, which is the same thing as saying 90 levels overall. So clearly there is no typo of a missing S, the issue lies behind someone doing the math and getting 90 and then not thinking about the initial level and creating milestones based on incorrect level scaling. Bottom line even if for some reason it was supposed to say rankS and not rank it is an issue on Kabams end not ours, there’s no need for the community to get punished because they can’t get their ducks in a row. It says 15, they verbally said 15 yet the game is asking for 16. Something is wrong and it’s not our fault, it needs addressed and fixed.
Correction for the Solo objectives came out today via in-game mail message. Thanks Kabam for making this right.
Ok, but by that logic, no one would ever reach the 25 milestone because you would have to reach rank 26 to have ranked up 25 times, and there is no rank 26. The ranks are capped at 25, so by your explanation, we can all only rank up 24 times.
