Out of curiosity, I checked, and my lowest rarity captains are the aforementioned 2* Blue Marvel and 4* Punisher. I also have a bunch of 5*s, including the trophy champions Thanos, Kang, Jessica Jones, Goldpool, Sigil Witch and Weapon X, plus a bunch of others, including Quake, Cyclops NXS, Proxima and a load of others.
