Didn't receive the 7* R4 gem from twitch drop

So i already got all the drops from twitch last week, but i didn't get the R4 gem today. Is it beacuse i got the generic sig stones 2x times last week?. Anyone have the same problem?

I got a rang 1-2 gem now… for 7* seems odd…

additionally I am not able to get any further drops… I am watching pepe and others for many hours and nothing, "creator drop 2-nw2" just stopped after 82% and is not continuing to get completed…

mcoc may livestream also stoped after 26% of 15 minutes and i cannot get it further done… doesnt mather how much I watch

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex What shall we do to get the correct rankup gem? I am "elder" and I was not able to collect the last drops altough I watched endless amount of hours the different streams…

other people in the chats also complained that they were not able to get to the milestones…

I am also not able to watch the "may event" drop and thus I am not able to get those drops either…

Wait, was the compensation for Elders not supposed to be a 1 to 2 gem? Like there are so many issues being compensated or going to be compensated soon™ that I have no idea what I'm supposed to receive so I already used that gem…

Apparently, that's where I'm confused too I even used the gem cause I figured oh they probably screwed up a while ago who knows when. Then I come here and I see people saying Elders were supposed to get r4 gems and I'm even more confused now @Kabam (Osaurus) Rex could you shed some light please?

The 3>4 Elder comp was sent to all impacted players last week.
If you didn't receive it, you will need to contact Support, but it should have made it's way to everyone who was impacted by that drop.

The extra 1>2 gem was actually from the following week, where there was supposed to be two 1>2 gems for Elder, so we sent out an additional one to everyone who claimed the milestone.
