I just received gold from collective compensation in mail bit cant collect each 6 points of collectives and than i check my mail again and tjan i check trash crystal and collective but not received yet

You don't get an extra 6 COLLECTIVE RANKS (nope).

You get 6 extra points for the OBJECTIVES.

(Issue regarding starting point of 0, versus starting point of 1) Class Objective ranks were fine.
