Mutant Rank up Advice?

Mutant is by far my weakest class, and I have put off ranking one for so long waiting for onslaught/jean/sinister but I still haven't got one, I feel its time to rank one.
Out of these what would people recommend to rank up

I'm done with questing, story mode done and explored, and the only endgame content left is epoch and necro
