Am I the only one who has all his T2 Primordial Dust placed back in my store and expiring?

My 2 dust tokens are gone, cannot find it on the mysterium store either to exchange all my primordial dust back into tokens and now have 13 days to use it or lose it, anyone else?

It seems like kabam just really wanted to test their support system by having most of the community annoy them with tickets about dust and then do nothing about it

Yep 13 days to use 1910 T2PD, with not enough token to Ascend any champions to Level 2.

Some might just say that, maybe, just maybe, Kabam haven't really thought this whole Ascension thing through. 🤣

I've got a feeling Kabam knew a not insignificant portion of players would have thousands of T2 dust in overflow and no meaningful way to use it before expiring which is why they're treating it like Frank's RedHot Sauce and putting that **** on everything. I mean, I've never seen T2 dust raining from the heavens like this before 😩. Their way of making it look like they're giving out great rewards while functionally not giving out anything.

Cool looking rewards? Sure. But actually useful? No. IMO, there needs to be a real way to target champ specific ascension tokens…other than forking over hundreds/thousands of dollars.

But I guess unless something changes in the next 13 days, I'm going to have a bunch of shiny new ascended 6* champs who were already permanently benched and legitimately do nothing for my roster in any way whatsoever 🤩

feels bad to be awarded dust for endgame rewards but its only useable if you spend to A2 champs. I have been taking tier 1 dust from sq selectors because ascending 4* helps the arena grind at least

To add insult to offense, I got someone called Troy from "customer service" telling me that he has "checked my account" and I am not missing any T2 primal dust as they all are on my store (yeap, expiring), as if I did not know how the store works, but my TOKENS are STILL missing and cannot exchange them back from as they are also gone from the mysterium store. I bet this guys is being recycled from the team in charge of getting the AI fixed, team leader at least…lol

Mate, you miss the point by a mile, I have all my t2 primordial dust on 2 TOKENS (nothing to do with champs token) and now the t2 primordial TOKENS are gone and have some my dust is on the overflow expiring, yeap you are clearly NOT an endgame player but good try though. LOL

Although, what Kabam could have maybe done is temporarily increased the limit in Inventory, and even if then lowered it back down it would have allowed you to keep them (past the Max) in Inventory.

Just like having expanded limit of Cats while on Sigil, and then after ending Sigil any that were in excess of normal limit would still remain in Inventory (they don't get moved to Stash just because the Limit changes, as in those Cat cases).

But that would have let people keep them in Inventory until however long of time until they had new champs available to use them to go Asc.2 or 3.

Having the “Trade BACK to Dust” could have been at least another month longer. Odd that both the Trade and the Trade-Back would have both ended together (but really, the initial Trade portion was done by people 3-4 weeks ago as the original deadline was coming, so just the Trade-Back time was relevant right now)

Yes I know you were agreeing with me but apparently no1 had the tokens now, why they bundled ended yesterday when the option of using that primordial dust to ascend 7 stars to rank 2 is yet not available? what do I do with them? do you want me to use to ascend 6 stars champions? which I already have those who are not yet available as 7 stars? the whole thing is just seems quite fishy and it should be look into and perhaps made the tokens available permanently or until the next year, it is not unreasonable since that is when we all be able to ascend 7stars properly.

No OP. Lots of people in similar position. I am guessing kabam was hoping everyone who has dust in overflow spends 45k units in this metamorphosis event and gets someone to a2 to use up the dust.

That's pretty much exactly it. They made 3k dust worth of ascension guaranteed for players...that spent money. So in their mind whatever happens now is justified because they provided a means of using dust and it's on players for not taking advantage of it. It isn't entirely wrong, but still not okay because this would never be a problem of ascension wasn't so poorly laid out in the first place.

It´s all good and dandy guys, I am sure Kabam would came up with another extraordinary solution for this problem in no time whatsoever, in the meantime I have concluded that is best used on ascending captains, 6 stars like, which I have done just in case Kabam takes longer than 13 days to fix a problem it was first appeared two months ago and just put a parch on instead of fixing it for good…am I right Kabam bearsaurus rex? lol
