Yondu and Skrull happened after those sales, then Punisher buff happened afterwards. It is 100% possible tho the most likely thing that will happen is they will buff one champ make them available for ascension and put a low price tag on them just like with Yondu and Skrull which was nowhere near Dark Phoenix or Torch's price tag.
