Some may be cheating some may not. Zemo vs Photon in particular is definitely doable in 20 seconds unless Zemo is fighting up a couple of ranks. Even then it can still be fast with good players. He roots her very easily and can then pull out some huge crits to finish her off really quickly.
people need to stop judging far from a cheater.
That Zemo takedown is probably not cheating. It is quick, but he’s an almost perfect counter for Photon, especially if you don’t care about attacker health remaining.

I have a R-5 zemo with 2nd ascension while zemo is a great counter for her in this meta I would have thought protection would have kicked in before he could kill her. 16 seconds seems extremely fast with the protection and power gain pushing her to sp2. I would love to see the fight details
Guys I have tried my r4 ascended zemo against photon this meta and that is no way possible in 16 secs, as emomike mentioned due to protection and power gain
So please explain how they bypassed protection? With the power gain and pretty much going to root her she be pushed to an sp2 and then theres no way of killing her in 16 seconds 20 plus I would say probably 16 not a chance also r4 zemo
