Arena boosts are also in the ton of SOLO Crystals (special tab).

Not sure if the Arena crystals (arena boosts ones, not the battlechip ones) are still available, sitting on thousands of unopened ones so don't know if I’ve been getting more in recent years or not.

Assuming that you are talking about the crystals that give you the bigger arena boosts, then they are just available as they always have been - in the arena milestone rewards.
