Yes many users reported Kabam about this but kabam ignored it since they care a lot about their player base.
I think if Kabam was ever going to actually address this, they would have by now. The silence was the answer.
Those are kabam livestream exclusive rewards. No way to get them elsewhere.
You don't need to worry about the observance; keep collecting them from other mcoc livestreams from twitch.
You'll get Thor ragnarok eventually, just a few weeks later than the players who didn't miss any livestreams.

That is correct information.
I fully visualized the May Livestream but after a while I stopped advancing in the Twitch Drops, it is not a matter of it being exclusive but if I saw the Livestream, at least it works.
