Is Blue Marvel damage bugged right now?

Hi Kabam & Summoners, I got Blue Marvel titan kinda excited when I got him and unfortunately R4'd him, without knowing his damage output or his bug. I mean literally all my R2 champions and 6 star R4 champions out damage him, his light and medium attacks doesn't look like they hit as hard as they are supposed to be you know he has 8k Attack rating but every other champion with lower attack rating damage more on their basic attack.

Some of you might argue about his ramp up damage, nah, my R2 Mr. Knight and R1 Shang chi out crit him, his sp2 crit after all the 3, SP3'S, and 3 heavies and multiple cruelty with fully ramped up is still can't compete with others lol.

And he's not the ramp up champion more like we have to ramp him up multiple times in a single fight to keep the bugged damage.

I'd appreciate if there are any other way to play him or just best to play him is not to play him.

I hope Kabam fix him, or just lesson learned and I shouldn't update champion on a whim though (normally I research a bit before rank up except this time)

Yeah, what balance program done was a good thing but they did it like after 6 months after a champion was released so people got disappointed, especially the ones that paid to get new champions, is there any chance it's coming back in a better way or they should really check well before releasing the champions but as far as I see I strongly think it's a bug because how can a normal light and medium bit can be lower?? Hope it is a bug or all that "Strongest man in America" might be a pure comedy.

Blue Marvel needs serious tune up in damage and have a Heimdall style ramp mixed with Sentry's to be even remotely good

What use to bother me about the buff program, is, they'd take nearly 9 months on say, patriot, just for a measly numbers adjustment, which ide imagine (from when I've touched apon programing robots in automation) is an afternoons work.. yet it took as long as it did.. why???? We'd all assumed that after 9 months it would have been major changes

Stack the three traumas from his heavies along with the three passive from Sp3 and he still su*ks. What's funny is that he is supposed to have a nuke Sp2 but his Sp1 does more damage.

He's a ramp up champ. At 30 cruelty with ONLY the permanent sp3 overloads, my rank 4 does over 50k mediums. With the three heavy Overloads he will literally be hitting 70k+ mediums. Your "Rank 2s" are not hitting those numbers. Anybody who says Blue Marvel has 0 damage very clearly doesn't even have him and is just a bandwagon hater. Or maybe people are just racist? Wouldn't surprise me.

For a guy who is refered to as The Most Powerful Man in America and The Man of Marvels, one shot a Beyonder, made Galactus run for his money, took on Ares, Sentry and Hyperion simultaneously and dominated the trio, he is like a cheap copy of what he was supposed to achieve. He should have been THE next Onslaught/Serpent/Jean Grey/D.Thanos, broken defender and attacker at the same time. However, he is nothing but a disappointment.

First of all, I didn't say he does 0 damage, my whole post screams his normal light medium attacks are lower than others.

You used 3 SP3'S

And reached that 60 Anti meter charge

And how much work is that?! and how long it can last? and how much damage you can bring to next fight??

Meanwhile other ramp up champions increase their damage throughout the quest for entire fights.

I think we should bring that sp3 damage increase to next fight that would make him way better and his charges should fall off slower, these would make him far better. I'm not saying he's weak it's more like he's not worth the whole resources and ramping up. If you like him you can play him because I never said he's useless or unusable just saying damage isn't worth it.

50% ramp means 15 cruelty. It took me around 2 minutes (1:45) to get 3 sp3s. Time doesn't matter anyways since long form content doesn't have a time limit. You don't even need to use sp1, you can quickly build charges by just spamming lights.

Kabam knows Blue Marvel is too powerful, so they had to limit his power by not letting his sp3 overloads carry over.

The only buff he needs is 50-75% carry over of cruelty in his sig.

I don't remember it right so I will have to hit the comics again but it's certain that he fought Sentry, Wonder Man and Ares simultaneously while knocking back She Hulk, Iron Man, Ms Marvel and a few others. And if that's not enough then after dealing with all of them, he KOed Anti Man.

This alone is enough to prove how busted he is but alas all we got was a TEMU version of him.

We never said he did zero damage. It's his damage output that we all talk about. His damage output is super low, at that rank and ramp he should be doing over 100K in his mediums but he does not.

And that is just the top of the iceberg of problems he has. His ramp up is not ideal as well. 3 sp3s each fight, constantly monitoring the traumas from his heavy attack just for the damage from his Sp2 to be 100k. That doesn't feel right at all.

Then there's his kit. He does not have basic immunities or resistances that he should have had as a Cosmic character. His indestructible is completely useless in normal match ups. He cannot counter anything. He sucks on defense so placing him in AW or BG defense is out of the option.

Trust me, this guy needs an overhaul.

He was shot into space in just one punch and he exhausted himself just coming back to earth. All he did was land the final blow with all his remaining strength while Blue Marvel was constantly battling with numerous heroes. And even after all that he simply dusted himself up and went on to beat the sht out of Anti Man.
