Rune farming system in arenas.

Hello, I hope you're all doing well!

I've been thinking about this idea for several months now, and I'd like someone to see if it's a good idea or if it's completely crazy. It would be great if they released a new format or system for farming arenas.

I'm a busy person; I work and study, so I have very, very little time to play this game, which, by the way, is the only one of the two games I literally play because it's so good.

My idea is that a few months ago, another game called Summoner Wars released an update that allows dungeon farming for people who can't be in the game all the time. The thing is, this format gives you the opportunity to farm for 8 hours straight while the game is closed.

My question is whether the same thing could be implemented for the arenas in this game, since I have very little time and can't play versus or get runes. Whenever banquets come around, I never open crystals because I can't farm runes.

That would be awesome—being able to farm arenas while the game is closed, ensuring you complete the arenas and achieve the objectives.

What do you think of the idea? Is it good or bad? It would be great if this reached the developers so they could implement it for us mere mortals who don't have time for arena content.

Unfortunately your idea is crazy stacked on top of crazy. Units are the easiest to farm they have ever been and are only getting easier as ranks increase. To allow passive farming would be foolish on Kabam's part, especially with how valuable units are, and they have been very clear that any updates to arenas would make it harder for units to be farmed. If you don't have time, you don't have time. It is what it is

I don't think it's crazy, since it's already in the game. You wouldn't be getting anything new, just the guaranteed rune amounts from arena objectives. And it's not like you don't have time; they've made silly updates adding useless things, so they could easily add this arena and objective completion system directly into the arenas.

They would remove the useless objectives based on their placement, leaving only the established arena objectives with the same rune amounts.

I hope someone from Kabam sees this request.

I encourage you to search on YouTube for the auto-farming system in Summoners War: Sky Arena. It's harmless and not at all detrimental to the game; anyone who wants to can use it.

If they touch arenas, units will get nerfed. Already been a stated position of Kabam. So no, let's not implement anything new.

You can't compare a different game to this one. If they let players farm units without even touching the game, it would crash the game economy unless they increased the unit cost of everything ten fold, and that's another non-starter. Maybe if the economy was built to handle an influx of currency, but it's not. They would open easy units up to the overwhelming majority of the players and it would absolutely be and thing, especially for those that currently put in the effort to work for the currency. Nothing good would come from such an idea except for players in your position where they can't/won't put in the time and effort. It would ruin things for everyone else. And they would have to rebuild all the unit purchases, meaning an Odin's would need to be 15-20k units or more if they are ever going to sell them again. I don't want to spend 150k units on reward tracks that currently cost under 40k.

Absolutely nothing would crash. Currently, people are playing in the character arenas and getting runes, and the game hasn't crashed. What difference does it make if the fights are automatically generated while you're playing other things or when the game is closed?

Do you forget that the arenas last for several days and have few objectives? The game would crash if you were constantly farming runes, not if you follow the game's original protocol of holding arenas periodically. It's the same thing, except it would be inclusive for everyone, not just those who are idle 24/7 when they have the opportunity to play all day and night.

I think you're exaggerating a lot about how much it would crash. The game is running with the small number of runes currently awarded in the arenas, and it hasn't crashed. It would be exactly the same, except there's the option for it to be played automatically, and once you reach the final objective, it can no longer be played.

You've asked for silly things that improved the game, so why not support this option, which would be good for everyone? After all, it's all the players who are asking for updates to the character arenas.

This isn't an idle game. Giving units to people that don't play isn't an improvement for the game and would make it worse for everyone. Everything will get more expensive to make up for players being flooded with units. Most players would be against that, especially those that can farm units, because then they lose out while people that play less get more. There's no justifying your argument.

There's a difference between giving a well-founded opinion and simply spouting nonsense without any proper argumentation. I seem to forget that this game's community is incredibly toxic! They talk about giving away runes and all that, when I never once asked for free runes for those of us who literally have professional and personal responsibilities.

I simply proposed a thought about a better way to play, but all I got was that I'm crazy and useless, with no valid arguments to discuss.
